Our aggregates go far and wide and add to the local economy

Our aggregates go as far south as Sydney for the new Western Sydney Airport, as far north as Narrabri, west to Tamworth and south as far as Gulgong.

Our clients include Western Sydney Airport, Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC), Daracon, Whitehaven Coal,   Boggabri Coal, Gunnedah Shire Council, Donwer Rail, Rhomberg Rail as well as many smaller local businesses and customers.

The quarry provides direct employment to eight staff, all of whom are local residents.  Delivering the quarry products  provides a further eight jobs for our truck drivers as well as ongoing work for sub contract truck drivers. They too, are all local residents of the area.

The quarry also provides regular work for those that do our surveying, conveyor belt maintenance and the ongoing    repairs and maintenance to our crushing plant and associated equipment.

Until the inception of the quarry at Mary’s Mount, most of the specialized aggregates we produce came from outside the area and without the ongoing economic benefits of having a local supplier and employer. Now all those wages stay within the local community.
